Fulton Valley Farms – Event Terms & Conditions

1. Photography & Media Release
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event at Fulton Valley Farms, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recordings may take place during the event. These images may be used by Fulton Valley Farms for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and other advertising materials.

By attending, you consent to the possibility of your image or likeness being captured and used in such materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of our event staff upon arrival.

2. Health & Safety Notice
If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you stay home to help protect the health and safety of other guests and staff.

3. Weather & Refund Policy
The tea event will be held inside our Barn, providing shelter from most weather conditions. However, please note the following policies:

All ticket sales are final.
Fulton Valley Farms does not issue refunds due to inclement weather.

- In the rare case that Fulton Valley Farms must cancel an event, we will reschedule for a future date and provide all ticket holders with a new ticket valid for the rescheduled event.

- If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, your original ticket purchase will be considered a generous donation to the farm and its continued operations.
